Yatir Mt. Amasa Red

Yatir Mt. Amasa Red is a premium Kosher Bordeaux-inspired blend from Israel’s renowned Judean Hills, crafted from vineyards surrounding the Yatir Forest. Produced by Yatir Winery, this elegant red combines the richness of classic Bordeaux varieties with the distinctive character of its unique Mediterranean terroir.

Typically blending Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Syrah, often complemented by smaller portions of Petit Verdot and Malbec, the wine is matured for 12 months in French oak barrels. This careful ageing adds complexity and structure while preserving the vibrant fruit character of the blend.

Deep violet-red in colour, the wine opens with aromas of woodland berries, dark fruits, spice, and a subtle hint of smoked meat. On the palate, flavours of cherry, strawberry, cocoa powder, and rose petal are supported by a harmonious balance of firm tannins and fresh acidity. The result is a wine of depth, elegance, and impressive drinkability.
