Here are a few quick answers to some of the questions we get asked most often by our customers.
What age must I be to use this website?
As per UK law, alcohol may only be sold to individuals over 18 years of age. You will need to confirm your age at checkout. In addition, the delivery courier will request a signature before releasing the shipment and will require a signature from an individual over 18 years old before releasing a shipment containing alcoholic products.
How can I pay?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Delta, as well as PayPal and Direct Debit.
How will you ship my purchase?
All of our orders are delivered through either DPD, DHL or Royal Mail, so you can be assured that delivery of your order is in professional hands. All shipping methods are trackable through the respective website.
Before shipping we take care that your purchase is in perfect condition and packed in the required protective casing.

How long will delivery take?

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are detailed in our Shipping Policy. Purchases containing more than a single item incur an additional surcharge. The exact amount of the surcharge will be shown to you at checkout.

What is your 14 day money back guarantee?
We want to be completely sure that you are happy with your purchase. To that end, you can cancel any purchase you’ve made within 14 days for a full refund. If the product has already been delivered to you, simply inform us within 14 days of delivery that you plan on returning it.
Who pays for return shipping?
In the rare case that the product you receive is faulty or damaged, we will offer a full refund of the purchase and any shipping costs, including return shipping when applicable. To arrange a return, please contact us.
We welcome returns of undamaged products within 14 days, but we do not cover the return shipping.
Are purchases insured?
All purchases up to £500 in value are insured against damage during shipment. If your purchase value is higher than £500, we advise arranging additional insurance.
