International Shipping Policy

Please note:

• For international deliveries, the customer is responsible for the payment of all customs duties and charges applicable in the country of delivery, outside the U.K. 
• All orders are dispatched from the U.K. 
• For all international delivery options, please contact our customer service team first (sales@regalwhisky.com) before placing your order. We’ll be happy to discuss available shipping methods and possibilities to suit your needs.
• United States (USA) delivery can take anywhere between 5 and 10 working days and shipments are sent on the following Monday or Tuesday. Orders received on other days will be sent the following Monday.
• International delivery to other countries can take anywhere between 1 and 7 working days.
• The information shown for international delivery charges are reasonable estimates - all bottles vary in size and weight so the actual shipping cost of your order will depend on your individual requirements.
