Triple distilled and non-chill filtered, it delivers a smooth yet characterful profile, combining the sweetness of bourbon cask maturation with the richer, wine-influenced depth of the Marsala finish.
The whisky opens with notes of treacle, malt and vanilla custard, supported by hints of coffee, milk chocolate and caramel. On the palate, flavours of molasses, cinder toffee and baked apple develop, alongside brioche and gentle toasted notes, leading into a soft, warming spice on the finish.
