We endeavour to ensure that all products Regal Whisky supplies to our customers are of the highest standard and arrive in perfect condition. But we are aware that occasionally things can occur which are beyond our direct control. However we want you to feel secure when ordering through us and completely satisfied with your order.
You have the right to cancel your order at any time within 14 days of your order with no penalty, providing the items in your order are not perishable, personalised, or have been specified as non-returnable at the time of ordering.
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your order upon receipt, we will offer a full refund or exchange, as long as you inform us of your intent to return the products within 14 days of the date of your order being delivered to you. All products that are returned must be in good condition and in their original packaging. All refunds will be paid by Regal Whisky within 14 days of us receiving the returned products. We will only reimburse return delivery costs if an incorrect item was originally sent or in the case of a damaged or defective product being received by the customer.
Please be aware that some of our speciality items, such as antique and/or discontinued products, may not necessarily be in perfect condition. Any images published on The Regal Whisky website are intended for illustrative purposes only and may not be an exact representation of the product itself. Batch numbers, vintages, and bottling dates may be subject to change. In these cases, we will do our best to inform you of any such changes prior to the products being shipped to you.
If you receive a damaged or faulty product you have up to 30 days to return the item to us. This 30 day period begins from the date of ordering. In the first instance please contact us (using the contact details on our website), providing us with details of the fault or damage, including pictures if possible, and we will work with you to ensure that the matter is dealt with to your satisfaction.
