This latest addition to the Chocolate Series marries together a selection of Douglas Laing’s most cocoa-reminiscent Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso Sherry casks, with the resulting spirit showcasing a “striking natural burnt sienna colour”. With delectable notes of “velvety dark chocolate, rich red berries and buttery caramels”, this full-bodied dram has been bottled at a high alcohol strength of 48% and is proudly without colouring or chill-filtration. This special release marks the 6th annual ‘Chocolate’ bottling from the Scallywag brand.
