Omar Bourbon Cask is a Taiwanese single malt whisky matured exclusively in bourbon casks at Nantou Distillery. Located in Nantou County, the distillery began producing whisky in 2008 and operates four copper pot stills crafted by Forsyths of Rothes in Speyside.
On the nose, the whisky is fresh and expressive, offering aromas of white flowers, vanilla, honey, malty grain and cedar. The palate is medium-bodied and silky, with lingering notes of vanilla, milk candy and bright mandarin citrus carried through to a smooth, velvety finish.
