Distilled in 2021 and bottled in 2026, this youthful yet characterful expression showcases Mortlach’s famously robust spirit, with a total outturn of just 867 bottles.
Known for its rich, weighty, and savoury profile, Mortlach’s unique distillation process creates a spirit with remarkable depth and character. Matured exclusively in American oak casks, this whisky balances the distillery’s signature richness with a fresher, fruit-led style.
The palate reveals layers of sugared almonds, honeysuckle, and orchard fruits, delivering a smooth and approachable dram with surprising complexity for its age. Bottled at 47.5% ABV, it offers excellent flavour intensity while retaining balance and elegance.
