Milk & Honey Elements Series - Pomegranate Wine Cask is a distinctive Israeli single malt from Tel Aviv’s pioneering M&H Distillery. Celebrated as the world’s first pomegranate wine cask-aged whisky, this unusual expression showcases the remarkable flavours that can be achieved through maturation in locally sourced Middle Eastern wine casks.

Matured in pomegranate wine casks, the whisky develops a beautifully fragrant and fruit-forward character, with the distinctive sweet-and-tart influence of pomegranate adding a fascinating dimension to the traditional single malt profile. Notes of fresh red fruits, pomegranate, toasted walnuts and delicate lavender are complemented by baked apple, warming spice and subtle oak, creating an elegant balance of sweetness, fruit and complexity.

Part of the distillery’s innovative Elements Series, this expression highlights the creativity of modern Israeli whisky-making and the unique influence of the region’s climate and cask traditions. Bottled at 46% ABV, with natural colour and no chill filtration, it preserves the whisky’s full character. The whisky is also Kosher certified and aged in Kosher casks, making it a particularly distinctive addition to the range.
