Highland Park Yesnaby

Highland Park Yesnaby is a limited edition single malt from the distillery’s Keystones series, celebrating one of its core production principles—cool, even maturation. Named after the dramatic cliffs of Orkney’s Atlantic coastline, it reflects both place and process.

Drawn from just three first-fill sherry seasoned oak casks distilled in 2005, this whisky has matured slowly in Orkney’s temperate climate, allowing for a balanced and refined development. Bottled at a natural cask strength of 58.9% ABV, it delivers both intensity and elegance.

The profile offers notes of rich, slightly dusty vanilla, light camphor, sweet heathery smoke, and exotic spice. The finish is long and balanced, with gentle woody spice and soft smoke.

With only 1,200 bottles released, this is a rare expression showcasing Highland Park’s distinctive style.
