Glenrothes 12 Year Old 2009 (cask 6345) - Infrequent Flyers
Tax included. Shipping calculated at checkout
Distilled in 2009 and matured for 12 years in a Marsala wine cask, this Glenrothes was bottled by Alistair Walker for the sought-after Infrequent Flyers series. Drawn from Single Cask #6345, the outturn was limited to just 265 numbered bottles.
The Marsala cask influence brings a luscious, dessert-like richness to Glenrothes’ classic Speyside character. The nose opens with sweet aromas of almond praline, raisins, toffee and coconut. On the palate, a viscous sweetness unfolds with notes of peanut brittle, cinnamon buns and Demerara sugar, delivering depth and indulgent warmth.
A richly flavoured single cask Speysider with bold wine-cask character and limited-edition appeal.
