Distilled in 2012 and matured for 13 years in an Oloroso sherry hogshead, this remarkable release showcases GlenAllachie's signature depth and complexity, with just 356 bottles produced.
Matured entirely in Oloroso hogshead #3046, this expression develops an intensely sherried character, combining indulgent sweetness with rich chocolate, dried fruits and warming spice. Its beautiful polished mahogany colour reflects the influence of extended sherry cask maturation.
Enticing aromas of salted caramel, mocha and chocolate digestives are complemented by honeycomb, golden syrup and coffee. The palate reveals dried orchard fruits, rich cocoa and cinnamon, followed by heather honey, plum jam and crystallised ginger, creating a wonderfully complex drinking experience.
