GlenAllachie 15 Year Old is a rich and indulgent Speyside single malt, first introduced to the core range in 2019 and refreshed in 2024. This expression highlights the distillery’s focus on high-quality sherry cask maturation, delivering depth and balance in equal measure.

Matured in a combination of Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks, including puncheons and hogsheads, the whisky benefits from a carefully managed finishing period that enhances both richness and complexity. The result is a harmonious balance between the distillery’s spirit character and the influence of the sherry wood.

With a deep mahogany hue, the palate reveals layers of cinnamon, orange zest, vanilla toffee, and dark chocolate, creating a full-bodied and luxurious profile. Bottled at 46% ABV, it is presented without chill filtration or added colouring, preserving its natural character.
