A well-aged Highland single malt from Tullibardine, independently bottled by Berry Bros. & Rudd.
Distilled in 1993, shortly before the distillery’s temporary closure, this whisky was matured for 28 years in a refill hogshead (cask #954) before being bottled in 2021 at 48.6% ABV. The long maturation has produced a spirit that is both approachable and complex.
The flavour profile offers notes of waxy citrus, banana and gentle oak, with a subtle peppery spice and faint smokiness developing on the finish. A balanced and easy-drinking dram with layers of character.
Only 259 bottles were produced from this single cask release.
