Scotch malt and Canadian grain are used for production for this Togouchi’s 15-year-old blended whisky, but the mixing, bottling and maturing takes place in Japan.
The combination of malt and grain whiskies from Canada and Scotland are carefully aged in a Japanese railway tunnel.
Delicate fruit aromas on the nose, with sweet spice and citrus, leading to notes of dark chocolate and toasted hazelnut on the palate.
