The One Sherry Cask Finished

A limited edition release from The Lakes Distillery, showcasing the distillery’s signature blended whisky, The One, with the added richness of sherry cask finishing.

This expression has been finished in a combination of first-fill Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, bringing layers of dried fruit sweetness and warming spice from the Spanish oak.

The blend brings together The Lakes Distillery’s own single malt alongside carefully selected whiskies from across the British Isles, creating a well-balanced whisky with depth and complexity. The sherry cask influence adds generous notes of raisins, figs and sweet spice, complementing the smooth character of the blend.
