The Huntly 1997 – 19 Year Old from The Octave Premium Range is a rare Speyside blended malt finished in a tiny octave cask—just one-eighth the size of a traditional sherry butt—for maximum oak interaction and intensity.
Distilled in 1997 and bottled in 2017, the whisky spent five months in the 60–70 litre octave, developing rich toasty vanilla notes alongside classic citrus brightness and apple-crumble maltiness.
Limited to just 98 bottles, this is a compact, flavour-packed release with remarkable depth and character.
