Matured exclusively in first-fill European oak Oloroso sherry casks and bottled at a robust 53.8% ABV, this expression delivers exceptional depth, texture, and intensity.
The rich sherry cask influence creates an indulgent flavour profile, opening with aromas of honey-drizzled gingernut biscuits and Christmas pudding. On the palate, layers of panna cotta, raisins, malt loaf, dried apricots, and creamy vanilla develop into a smooth and warming finish.
