amdhu Cigar Malt Release 1 is a rich and luxurious Speyside single malt, specially created to complement the complexity and character of premium handmade cigars. Crafted in collaboration with cigar aficionados, this limited-edition whisky was matured exclusively in 100% first-fill European oak Oloroso sherry casks.

A carefully selected combination of older Tamdhu casks was chosen by Distillery Manager Sandy McIntyre to deliver exceptional richness, texture, and depth. Bottled at a robust 53.8% ABV and presented without chill filtration, the whisky offers the intensity and mouthfeel needed to stand alongside a full-flavoured cigar without overwhelming it.

The flavour profile combines sweet sherried richness with warming spice and dried fruit character, creating a bold yet balanced dram designed for slow appreciation. This release also includes a Tamdhu cigar cutter, making it an ideal gift for whisky and cigar enthusiasts alike.
