Batch Strength No. 8 is matured exclusively in Oloroso sherry-seasoned oak casks, showcasing the distillery’s dedication to traditional sherry cask maturation. Specially selected casks are married together to create each batch, highlighting the subtle variations and character that develop during maturation.
Bottled at a powerful 55.8% ABV, this limited release reveals the more intense side of Tamdhu – delivering a whisky that is rich, full-bodied and deeply characterful, with the depth and complexity that sherry cask maturation is known for.
