A bold single cask wheated bourbon from Rock Town Distillery in Arkansas, independently bottled by Berry Bros. & Rudd.
Distilled in 2016 using a mashbill of corn, malted barley and wheat, this bourbon was matured for four years in single cask #508 before being bottled in 2021 at a robust cask strength of 55.8% ABV.
The wheated recipe brings a softer, rounded character to the bourbon, while the cask strength bottling delivers intensity and depth. A rich and expressive American whiskey with a balance of sweetness, spice and oak influence.
Only 224 bottles were produced from this cask, making it a limited and collectible release.
