Ragtime Rye Bottled in Bond is a bold New York straight rye crafted in strict accordance with the Bottled in Bond Act. Produced during a single distillation season, matured for a minimum of four years in a federally bonded warehouse, and bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV), it delivers both pedigree and power. Made with rye grown in New York State and matured exclusively in full-size barrels, the whiskey develops a layered, assertive character.
The palate showcases classic rye intensity, with pronounced spice, cracked pepper and a firm oak backbone. Its full-bodied profile makes it an excellent foundation for traditional whiskey cocktails, particularly a well-structured Manhattan or a refined Sazerac.
