Glaschu Spirits Company Peallach 10 Year Old 2014 is a heavily peated Island single malt, bottled under the pseudonym “Peallach” for Ledaig, the smoky spirit produced at Tobermory Distillery on the Isle of Mull. This limited single cask release combines robust peat smoke with rich sherried depth and coastal character.

Initially matured for nine years in a single refill bourbon barrel, the whisky was then finished for eight months in a first-fill Pedro Ximénez sherry barrique sourced from the Ximénez-Spínola bodega in Jerez, Spain. The PX influence adds layers of sweetness and richness while complementing Ledaig’s signature smoky profile.

Bottled at 50% ABV, this expression delivers a full-bodied and complex character, balancing maritime peat smoke with dark fruit and sherried warmth. With just 365 bottles produced, it is a rare and highly collectible release.

The presentation is completed with distinctive artwork depicting a Boeing Stearman bi-plane approaching Tobermory Bay, capturing the spirit and scenery of Mull.
