Or Haganuz Marom Cabernet Sauvignon is a premium Israeli red wine crafted exclusively from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grown in the Shamai Vineyard in the Upper Galilee. Situated approximately 800 metres above sea level on terra rossa soils, this high-altitude vineyard provides ideal conditions for producing concentrated fruit and exceptional depth of flavour.

Matured for 14 months in French oak barrels, the wine develops remarkable complexity while retaining the purity of its fruit character. The extended ageing contributes structure, elegance, and subtle oak influence, complementing the natural richness of the Cabernet Sauvignon grapes.

Deep Bordeaux-red in colour, the wine displays aromas of ripe black fruits, cherry, blueberry, plum, and raspberry. The palate is concentrated and silky, with layers of dark fruit supported by notes of fine oak. Rich and full-bodied, it finishes smooth, long, and impressively refined.
