Milk & Honey Elements Series - Sherry Cask

Milk & Honey Elements Sherry Cask is a rich and beautifully balanced Israeli single malt from Tel Aviv’s pioneering Milk & Honey Distillery. Part of the distillery’s innovative Elements Series, this expression is particularly notable for being the world’s first single malt whisky matured in Kosher sherry casks from Jerez, Spain, combining traditional sherry cask influence with Israel’s distinctive whisky-making character.

Matured in a carefully selected combination of ex-bourbon, Oloroso sherry and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, this whisky brings together the sweetness of American oak with the depth and richness of Spanish sherry maturation. The result is a wonderfully expressive single malt, with notes of ripe red fruits, dried fruit, dark chocolate, sweet malt and gentle oak spice, complemented by subtle hints of tobacco.

The interaction between the different cask types creates a rounded, full-flavoured whisky with an inviting sweetness and a lingering, gently spiced finish. Its distinctive maturation and rich character make it an excellent example of the creativity and quality emerging from Israel’s whisky industry.
