Milk & Honey Classic Single Malt

Milk & Honey Classic Single Malt is the flagship expression from Tel Aviv’s pioneering Milk & Honey Distillery, showcasing the distinctive character of Israel’s emerging whisky industry. Established in 2014, the distillery has developed a reputation for innovative maturation, using Israel’s warm climate to create rich, expressive single malts with remarkable depth and character.

Matured in a carefully selected combination of ex-bourbon barrels and STR (shaved, toasted and re-charred) red wine casks, the Classic brings together the smooth sweetness of American oak with the fruit, spice and complexity of specially treated wine casks. The result is a beautifully balanced whisky, with notes of golden honey, vanilla, fresh apple and citrus, complemented by rich chocolate, warming spice and gentle oak.

Created as the distillery’s first permanent single malt expression, Milk & Honey Classic offers an approachable yet characterful introduction to Israeli whisky. Its harmonious balance of sweetness, fruit and spice makes it equally enjoyable neat or with a small addition of water.
