Created in collaboration with renowned pastry chef Jordi Roca of the three-Michelin-starred El Celler de Can Roca, this limited edition showcases The Macallan's mastery of sherry cask maturation.
Crafted from a combination of sherry-seasoned European and American oak casks, Rich Cacao delivers a decadent profile inspired by premium chocolate. Layers of dark chocolate, cocoa, dried fruits, honey, warming spice, and elegant oak unfold across a beautifully smooth palate, making it an ideal whisky to enjoy alongside fine chocolate.
Reflecting the collection's focus on sustainability, the presentation box is made from 100% recyclable materials, incorporating discarded cacao pod husks to honour the chocolate-making process that inspired this unique release.
