The Macallan Home Collection – The Distillery is the inaugural release in The Macallan's distinctive Home Collection, introduced in 2022 to celebrate the distillery's Speyside origins, architectural heritage and enduring sense of community. Inspired by the natural beauty of The Macallan Estate, this special release brings together exceptional single malt whisky and original artwork by Colin Rizza, a Macallan employee and artist whose family connections to the distillery span more than three decades.

Matured in a carefully selected combination of European and American oak casks, including refill casks, The Distillery offers a beautifully balanced character with aromas of butterscotch, dried fruits, figs and gentle oak spice. The palate reveals layers of sweet fruit, almonds, warming spice and delicate oak, leading to a rich, rounded finish that reflects The Macallan's celebrated approach to cask maturation.

Bottled at 43.5% ABV, this first release is accompanied by a set of three limited-edition Giclée art prints featuring Colin Rizza's watercolour depictions of The Macallan Distillery. Originally offered together exclusively through The Macallan Online Boutique, the complete bottle and print presentation provides a particularly appealing acquisition for collectors interested in the distillery's heritage, artistic collaborations and distinctive special releases.
