The Macallan 18 Year Old Sherry Oak (2021 Release) is part of the distillery’s iconic Sherry Oak collection, showcasing single malt whisky matured exclusively in sherry-seasoned oak casks sourced from Jerez. This careful cask selection delivers depth, richness and a naturally warm mahogany hue.
On the nose, notes of treacle tart, stem ginger and plump dried fruits are lifted by hints of orange zest and soft spice. The palate is full and luxurious, revealing dark chocolate, ginger, dates and dried apricots, layered with polished oak and gentle vanilla sweetness. The finish is long and composed, lingering with dried fruit, warming ginger and oak.
