Linkwood 2010 13 Year Old - Thompson Bros.

Distilled at Linkwood Distillery on 3 February 2010, this 13-year-old Speyside single malt was independently bottled by the acclaimed Thompson Bros. Known for selecting distinctive single casks, Thompson Bros. has showcased Linkwood's elegant and fruity spirit in this limited release, matured in a dechar wine hogshead before being bottled in February 2023.

Bottled at 54% ABV, this whisky captures Linkwood's refined character with layers of ripe orchard fruits, honey, creamy vanilla, delicate floral notes, and soft oak spice. The dechar wine hogshead adds texture and subtle complexity while allowing the distillery's naturally elegant spirit to remain at the forefront, leading to a long, balanced finish.

With an outturn of just 260 bottles, this rare independent bottling is an excellent opportunity to experience one of Speyside's finest distilleries in single cask form, selected by one of Scotland's most respected independent bottlers.
