As a modern Whiskey Bonder, J.J. Corry are explorers, curators and creators of
unique expressions. The Battalion Batch No.3 is comprised of two hand-selected 6-year-old Single Grain Irish Whiskeys matured in ex-Bourbon Barrells from our flavour library. Each cask was decanted into ex-Tequila barrels and rested for six months on the McGuane family farm to impart influence before being blended into a delicate ratio. Bottled at 50% ABV, The Battalion is non-chill filtered and retains its natural colour. An immediate hit of Irish Whiskey’s signature floral character with notes of agave and fresh orange
citrus coming to the fore. On the palate honeyed agave, oak spice with
hints of vanilla and caramel lead to notes of minerality and paprika spice
