Vatted in small batches and bottled at a generous 48.5% ABV, The Sherried One delivers exactly what its name promises: generous sherry influence with plenty of depth and character.

Maturation in carefully selected oak with a focus on sherry cask influence brings layers of dried fruit, dark chocolate and warming spice, alongside rich sweetness and a gently nutty character. Full-flavoured yet inviting, the sherry complements the underlying malt rather than overpowering it.
