Isle of Raasay Hebridean Single Malt Scotch Whisky - Lightly Peated R-01

The signature single malt from the Isle of Raasay Distillery – the first legal distillery on the Hebridean island of Raasay.

This lightly peated single malt balances gentle smoke with rich dark fruit character. Matured in a carefully selected combination of rye whiskey, Chinkapin oak and Bordeaux red wine casks, the peated and unpeated Raasay spirits are matured separately before being married together to create a distinctive Hebridean dram.

Honey-gold in colour with subtle red wine hues, the whisky offers fragrant notes of dark berries, soft smoke and warming spice, taking inspiration from the classic styles of older Hebridean single malts.

Every drop is distilled, matured and bottled on the Isle of Raasay.
