Marking a new chapter for Glengoyne, this unique release is crafted solely from First Fill Bourbon and Virgin Oak casks, both carefully selected from North American cooperages. These lightly charred casks—exposed to flame for less than a minute—allow the distillery’s delicate spirit to take centre stage.

Expect lively notes of fresh oak and zesty citrus, layered with hints of green banana and a subtle floral lift of violet. The taste is soft and whimsical, unfolding into flavours of crème brûlée, chewy fruit sweets, and juicy pineapple. Bottled at 48%, it leaves a long, silky finish with the sweet impression of toffee-dipped apples.
