Matured in a carefully balanced combination of sherry, bourbon, and refill casks, it offers a rich and complex profile. Layers of ripe orchard fruits and red berries are complemented by notes of marzipan, lemon sherbet, and dark chocolate, all wrapped in warming winter spice.
