Part of Glen Moray’s innovative Warehouse 1 collection, this 10 Year Old Tequila Cask Finish showcases the distillery’s adventurous spirit. Distilled in 2014, the whisky was matured for eight years in bourbon casks before being finished in carefully selected tequila casks from Mexico.
The tequila cask influence enhances the sweet Speyside malt with distinctive notes of agave syrup and herbaceous citrus, while layers of oak add depth and structure. Bottled at a natural cask strength of 55.2% ABV and non-chill filtered, this small batch release offers a rich, oily texture and a refined balance of spice, fruit and wood.
