Dead Man’s Fingers’ signature Spiced Rum is born at the Rum & Crab Shack in St Ives, Cornwall. Sip it straight, pour it over ice, or shake it into your go-to rum punch, it’s packed with proper Cornish character.
Expect a nod to saffron cake, with a creamy, indulgent streak reminiscent of Pedro Ximénez ice cream. From there, soft caramel rolls in, followed by familiar warming spice: vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg, lifted by gently sweet orange notes.
