Produced exclusively from fruit grown in the high-altitude Elkosh Vineyard in the Upper Galilee, this full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon showcases the unique character of one of Dalton Winery’s most celebrated vineyard sites.

Planted in 2009 at an elevation of approximately 720 metres, the Elkosh Vineyard sits between Mount Biranit, Mount Tzonam, and Mount Matat, benefiting from the cool mountain climate and excellent growing conditions of the Upper Galilee. The vineyard’s distinctive identity is reflected in the ammonite fossil featured on the label, inspired by fossils discovered during the site's preparation.

Rich and structured, the wine displays aromas and flavours of dark berries, black cherries, and fresh mint, layered with notes of black pepper, earthy spice, dark chocolate, truffle, and a subtle cooling freshness. Firm tannins and balanced acidity provide excellent structure, making it enjoyable now while offering strong ageing potential.
