Dalton Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2024

Dalton Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2024 is a full-bodied Kosher Israeli red wine from the Galilee, produced and estate bottled by Dalton Winery. Crafted with an emphasis on expressing the natural character of the fruit, the wine combines ripe Cabernet Sauvignon flavours with carefully judged oak maturation.

Aged in oak barrels for 10 months, this Cabernet Sauvignon offers rich forest fruit flavours of blackcurrant and ripe berries, complemented by subtle mint, vanilla and gentle oak. The result is a fruity, soft and well-balanced red with plenty of depth while remaining approachable and enjoyable.

Dalton Winery places a strong emphasis on sustainability throughout its vineyards and minimal intervention during the winemaking process. Bottled at 14% ABV, the 2024 vintage is Kosher for Passover, making it an excellent partner for grilled meats, steak, burgers and roast chicken.
