Official Tasting Notes
Nose: Raisin-lashed beach, charcoal smoke and burning heather with after notes of honeycomb and lemon sherbet.
Palate: Yuzu, Sezchuan pepper and thin cut marmalade with subtle hints of peat and Manuka honey.
Finish: A still sea stretching to the horizon with a mist of peat smoke rolling over the surface. Lovely smoked sea salt, greengage and kaffir lime leaf.
