A specially selected XOP Platinum by Fred (Jnr) with his daughter Cara Laing. A 25-Year-Old Ardbeg Single Cask Single Malt at natural cask strength, without colouring or chill-filtration. This single cask has been selected from the family vaults at its peak of perfection, bottled by hand and individually numbered and signed to celebrate the Platinum Anniversary year. Distilled in 1992 and matured in a single Refill Hogshead, this is one of just 251 bottles available globally. Nose: Bonfire smoke with cured bacon and damp soil. Palate: Deliciousness! Smoked meats with coal, cracked pepper and a sweet leathery quality. Finish: Lingers perfectly with seaweed, a touch of lemon rind and vanilla (CSL).
