Founded in 2009 by father and son duo John and William Borrell, Vestal Vodka aims to capture the unique character of vodka and Poland’s fertile soil in its beautiful Kaszebe region. Its vintage is produced in small batches and reinforces the point of “terroir” in vodka making. Bursting with character, on the nose it’s clearly rounded and soft, with delicate fruit, pear and plum undertones and hints of nuts. The palate is creamy and buttery, with spicy touches of cardamom, caraway and white pepper. The medium finish is soft and pleasant, with warming nutmeg and white pepper.
Sip neat, on the rocks or as the base of many a classic cocktail. 40% ABV.
