Matured for 9 years in sweet and aromatic PX Sherry Hogsheads. This was distilled in the first year of production post mothballing of the distillery and the liquid has been enhanced by the PX to give a full-bodied dram with cinnamon spiced mocha and dark chocolate. Just perfect to enjoy watching those Autumn sunsets.
