About This Release:
Occasionally a very special cask is discovered from our friends up in Fife that is too good to be blended in with other cask, and this one is no exception to this. A 13-Year-Old Sherry Butt matured Daftmill, bottled exclusively for the UK market.
Launched at the Fife Whisky Festival, this Single Cask is focused on balancing the cask flavours with his brilliant spirit style.
Distilled in 2011 and matured in a beautiful Sherry Cask Butt before bottling in January 2025 at cask strength.
