Expect layers of toasted Jamaican ginger cake, bonfire toffee and spiced plum jam, alongside notes of Amaretto cherries, salted caramel and hints of liquorice. A velvety texture carries through the palate, finishing long and warming with treacle sweetness and gentle smoke.
