Matured in a combination of Pedro Ximénez sherry casks and Jamaican rum casks, it delivers a decadent, dessert-like profile built around the classic “rum and raisin” character.

Expect layers of toasted Jamaican ginger cake, bonfire toffee and spiced plum jam, alongside notes of Amaretto cherries, salted caramel and hints of liquorice. A velvety texture carries through the palate, finishing long and warming with treacle sweetness and gentle smoke.
