Matured in a combination of Oloroso, Pedro Ximénez, bourbon, and virgin oak casks.
Colour: Deep amber Gold
Nose: Sweet fruits of the forest, vanilla and toffee, hints of poached pears, candied citrus fruit, fig and sultana balanced with sweet vanilla and a gentle hint of clove.
Palate: Rich and full-bodied, sweet sherry notes of dried fruit and spice, balanced with fruits of the forest, creamy sweet malt, nuts, dark chocolate and espresso.
Finish: Long and lingering, dried fruit and subtle spice.
