Zion Capital Lions Gate is a rich and characterful Israeli dry red wine from Zion Winery, a family winery whose history in Jerusalem dates back to 1848. Produced from vineyards in the Judean Hills, this carefully composed blend brings together 40% Petite Sirah, 35% Syrah and 25% Merlot.
Matured for 10 months in small French oak barrels, Lions Gate combines ripe dark fruit with gentle spice, smooth tannins and subtle oak complexity. Petite Sirah provides depth and structure, while Syrah contributes spice and richness and Merlot brings softness and balance, resulting in an elegant yet generously flavoured red.
Bottled at 13.5% ABV, Zion Capital Lions Gate is Kosher for Passoverl, making it a versatile choice for Shabbat and Yom Tov meals, entertaining or pairing with rich meat dishes.
