This expression is notable as the first Singleton release matured entirely in refill American oak hogsheads, designed to highlight the spirit’s fresh and vibrant character.
Aged for 17 years, this Speyside whisky showcases the distillery’s signature smoothness and balance, with a bright, spring-like profile. Bottled at a natural cask strength of 55.1% ABV, it is presented without chill filtration or added colouring.
The nose opens with honeycomb sweetness, floral grasses, and fresh fruit. The palate is creamy and well-rounded, offering notes of honeyed biscuits, vanilla, orchard fruits, and soft malt, with hints of butter, custard, and gentle oak. A warming finish brings a touch of peppery spice and lingering sweetness.
