A rich Highland single malt that begins its journey in carefully‑selected European and American oak casks, then receives a finish in deep, sweet Pedro Ximénez (PX) sherry casks.
Expect luscious aromas of caramelised sugar and dried fruits, followed by a palate brimming with honey, ripe apricot, fig and gentle spice.
The finish lingers with warm oak, subtle white pepper and the lingering sweetness of dark grape syrup.
