Matured in a combination of Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, this “Sherry & Smoke” release delivers a beautifully balanced profile. Expect rich layers of stewed fruits, dark chocolate, and warming spice, all wrapped around a gentle core of ashy peat smoke.
